Editorial Reviews (supplied by Amazon.com):

1) Product Description
The Litigation Paralegal: A Systems Approach, 4th Edition, is a completely updated guide to the litigation process, identifying the paralegal's role in each step. It covers numerous developments in the electronic practice of law, including e-mail security and confidentiality, electronic filing, on-line exercises, and helpful websites. The Litigation Paralegal is noted for its interesting and clear case scenario. This primary case is used to demonstrate concepts and paralegal practice skills, while other case scenarios are used to facilitate application of the skills and knowledge gained from reviewing the main case. With its law-office approach, logical arrangement, and excellent use of forms, checklists, and other documentation, this book is as helpful and appealing to the practicing paralegal as it is to the student.

1) Good book - well written   [Rating: 4 out of 5]
I had to buy this book as part of a college course curriculum. This was an informative and well written book which was also easy to read and follow. I can't stand boring complicated college books so this one was a welcome change. It really helped to break down the litigation process and defined many terms and uncomplicated some things that would have been quite difficult otherwise.I'd definitely recommend it to anyone just wanting to know more about litigation, especially those who don't want to be bogged down with technical legal jargon which is hard for most people to understand.
