This book is an easy read, lots of pictures, examples w/ solutions and definitions give clear understanding with a follow-up example. If you're into operations, get this book!

the book is written with a lot of unnecessary details that are just common sense. The exersises are ok but too much stuff that was not important

Used in MSCI classes. Easy text to follow with alot of examples, no case studies though. The most valuable item though is the student cd-rom. It's a great tool, especially the excel worksheets-which are easy to use. Explore the cd-rom and you'll know what I mean.
