1) A nice balanced yoga routine   [Rating: 5 out of 5]
A nice balanced one hour yoga workout that covers a little of everything. This covers sun salute warm up, hip openers, backbends, forward bends, triangle series, balance poses and abs in this yoga class.Baron Baptise's instructing is also very hip and inspiring and its lovely to see a class of real students with varied body types and varied levels of yoga experience attempting the same moves as you.

2) Yoga Review   [Rating: 3 out of 5]
The instructor is great so no reflection on him. I have another workout by him which I love. This one I did not care for because the music sounded ritualistic and I couldn't understand the words. I just rather stick to the fundamentals and not get too spiritual about the workout. Again I gave a 3 because of the music. You may be different and music may not be a factor for you.Baron Baptiste Live!: Soul of Strength

3) Great yoga DVD   [Rating: 4 out of 5]
This is a great beginners yoga DVD. I am a beginner (have taken a few classes), so the DVD was a great complement to my yoga classwork.

4) T his Yoga DVD is for every body soothing and do able   [Rating: 5 out of 5]
I am over 50 years of old. I walk up to 6 miles a day. I mix up my walk between a fast pace and a meditation. Then I found yoga. I must say that I have quite a few yoga DVD but by far, for me, I enjoy Baptiste DVD right there with Bryan Kest's If you cannot make it to a class, which I find difficult to do in the morning, the DVD is the wayto go. Direction is great, the talking encouragement is there and the background music. Enjoy live love and learn

5) Great Video for Beginners and Advanced Yogis   [Rating: 5 out of 5]
Very similar to the hot yoga class I take at the local yoga studio. Well choreographed routine that is great for beginner and advanced practices.
