While Volume One in Carmen Electra's Aerobic Striptease series featured Electra working out in front of a bed, Vegas Strip offers a more public venue, Studio 54, as her instructional setting. Since this segment is filmed at a legendary dance club, it makes sense that this workout session is constructed of choreographed dance moves, that one can either use on the dance floor or keep under wraps at home. Vegas Strip's half-hour session will provide good cardiovascular exercise, depending on what one puts into it, though it mostly improves grace and coordination, in easy-to-learn segments set to pulsating dance music. This is equally valuable since the premise of this series is to feel sexy and have fun while working out. Though it does appear to be more of a lesson in choreography, Vegas Strip clearly demonstrates the challenge implicit to such sexed-up dance moves, and may give those who shun dirty dancing a respect for the real professionals. —Trinie Dalton

I'm hooked!! This DVD series provides a good work out but its so much fun you don't even realize you're working out!! It's a nice change of pace from the treadmill and other cardio workouts. I can see and feel the difference its made on my body... I feel sexy!

This product was shipped very fast and to my surprise it's way more of a workout than I imagined....I HIGHLY recommend this workout series to every girl. You learn a lot of sexy moves for your man and you actually get a really great workout while doing so! Love love love this dvd series!!!

Its a good video..very basic..once you get the routines down pat..it seems like there really isn't much to the video, still, I like it

All the DVDs are fun but, the Fit To Strip is the absolute best. An incredible workout that is fun and challenging, it includes isolation sections for every part of your body and tones you in no time. After a week of doing this my muscles tightened tremendously and it made all the other discs cake. I strongly recommend this to anyone who really wants to get in shape and stay there.

Well if you're trying to get in shape then this is a great DVD. Not for someone who regularly goes to the gym, etc. The music is ok but most of all I love Carmen Electra so I think it's cool working out with her, and motivational too because you see her perfect body and it just makes you want to keep moving so yours can get a little closer to looker like hers.
