Editorial Reviews (supplied by Amazon.com):

1) Amazon.com
No Name Face is an auspicious debut from a band seemingly made to rule the airwaves. The insinuating melodies that mark Lifehouse's radio-friendly sound are not unlike those of matchbox twenty or Live in their softer moments. From the first single, "Hanging by a Moment," to the emotive and uplifting "Quasimodo" and the wonderful "Trying" (think Crowded House at their lilting best), Lifehouse are self-possessed and focused. Young singer-songwriter Jason Wade (the son of two ministers) imbues Lifehouse's vibe with a spiritual quality that's never heavy-handed, delivering the goods with the authority of an experienced troubadour. No Name Face may be a first offering from a young band, but it looks to signal the beginning of an estimable career. --Katherine Turman

Average Customer Rating: 5.0 out of 5

1) the best   [Rating: 5 out of 5]
this is their best cd by far. all the songs are greattrack 7 simon and trak 11 somewhere in between are personal favorites.cd has good vocals and great guitar riffs

2) A Different Opinion   [Rating: 2 out of 5]
I'm a really big Lifehouse fan, but I don't see how this album deserves all the 5 star ratings. It's got a couple of good songs, but the rest are pretty boring. If you like slow, meandering songs then this album is quite nice. Don't listen to it while driving, you might fall asleep.

3) No Name Face by Lifehouse   [Rating: 5 out of 5]
The first time I heard the last song, "Everything," I had chills. I hounded the person who owned the CD, until I found out who the group was, and the title of the CD. As soon as I found out, I immediately ordered it. I'm very satisfied with the CD.

4) Truly a Gem!   [Rating: 5 out of 5]
I recently discovered Lifehouse and I am so glad I did. The band is great in so many ways. The songs on this CD are so powerful and meaningful. The lyrics are so well written and the songs are so real. Music doesn't always have to be loud and upbeat to be powerful and moving. This CD proves it. I hold this album very close to my heart, I wish more people would recognize what an awesome band Lifehouse is.

5) My Favorite!   [Rating: 5 out of 5]
My favorite Lifehouse album. The melodies fluctuate, but harmoniously. And the lyrics are heart felt, subtle in presentation, but powerful in meaning. It started with "Hanging By a Moment" 7 years ago, not paying much attention although it is uplifting, but I would not have discovered this album until recently had it not been for "Somewhere in Between" and "Everything", the whole album is a polished gem. Paid full price somewhere else, but more than well worth it
