Editorial Reviews (supplied by Amazon.com):

1) Album Description
P.O.D. hit harder than ever before…"Will You", the first single from the eagerly anticipated Payable On Death, makes it perfectly clear that the revolution will continue. After selling over 4 million copies worldwide of Satellite, P.O.D. bring their trademark uplifting sound to the next level with the addition of guitarist Jason Truby. And with producer Howard Benson at the helm once again, new songs like "Revolution" and "Change The World" strengthen the band's already solid foundation of churning riffs and socially conscious lyrics. The first one million copies of Payable On Death will include a bonus disc containing an exclusive, fully playable video game developed exclusively for this album -- as well as bonus video content including a documentary of life Inside P.O.D. culture, and more!

1) I love you Sonny!!!!   [Rating: 5 out of 5]
Like I said with the other review, this went heads up with Satellite. Awesome band, awesome lyrics and message, awesome guitar playing. I loved ETERNAL at the end.

2) Masterpiece   [Rating: 5 out of 5]
I have followed P.O.D. since they put out "Fundemental Elelemts of Southtown." I am quite impressed on how they have progressed in their sound and how good their music has become. "Payable on Death" is, in my opinion, the best cd P.O.D. has put out. It's hard to describe the sound on this cd. It's metal but it's a soothing metal and Sonny actually sings instead of yells in this cd. It's really nice since Sonny has a great voice. It's ashame P.O.D. didn't keep this sound or their latest cd "Testify" could of been so much better. Since this review is really short and i don't really know how to describe the sound, i will make a list of the tracks and give them a star rating. 1 star = poor, 2 stars =fair, 3 stars = good, 4 stars = great, 5 stars = amazing.Wildfire - 4 starsWill You - 4 starsChange the world - 5 starsExecute the Sounds - 3 starsFind My Way - 4 starsRevolution - 3 starsThe Reasons - 4 starsFreedom Fighters - 4 starsWaiting on Today - 5 starsI and Identify - 4 starsAsthma - 2 starsEternal - 5 stars

3) OK   [Rating: 3 out of 5]
This album is ok. It is not really special in any way.The music ranges from reggae to hard rock. None of it is particularly good. As a 'Christian' rock band, one would not know it from this album. The lyrics are ok. There is nothing really objectionable in them, but there is no discernable spiritual message either.I have enjoyed a couple of P.O.D.'s songs in the past, specifically 'Alive' and 'Youth Of The Nation'. They may have some other notable songs on other albums, but I didn't hear any on this one.If you like harder Christian music, I would recommend 'Skillet'.

4) OPEN UP YOUR F***ING MINDS!!!   [Rating: 5 out of 5]
Ok. Everyone please get over the fact that this CD doesn't sound like the previous ones. What good would it be to make a xerox of the last album. POD is a very talented band that delivers every time. Ya it sucks that Marcos left but this is still a very good album. I honestly could say that this might be my favorite POD album, and Iv'e been a fan since pretty much the start. POD now has a new guitarist Jason Truby who obviously has a different style then Marcos, but for some reason still gives POD the same kind of spiritual feel to there music, which is why I love POD so much. I think the riffs on this CD go GREAT with the lyrics and feel for POD. Thats because I think POD always stays true, they may have a different guitarist but they still speak from the heart. I think jason truby did a FANTASTIC job on this CD. I especially like Eternal, has a cool little feel to it. I'm not going to review every song individually because they are all great! This entire CD has a great spiritual feel to it and f***ing ROCKS. I recommend this CD to anyone!

5) Below Average   [Rating: 1 out of 5]
Wildfire is the only song that really stuck out to me on this album. Overall the remainder of the songs contained stale lyrics and below average music that was a bit on the dull side. Uninteresting. I don't recommend buying it unless you need a cure for insomnia.
