The directors did a great job of bringing Dirk Pitt to life in their first attempt with a Clive Cussler novel. I hope their is plans to make movies of all his books. Action and rating are similar to James Bond. If you like James, you will love Dirk Pitt!2) Sahara soundtrack [Rating: 5 out of 5]
If you like classic rock, this is the soundtrack for you. When I saw the movie in the theater I made a point to find the soundtrack--it was that good. There are two soundtracks for this movie so be sure you pick the one that has the classic rock songs like "Sweet Home Alabama" etc. Keep it in your car because it's perfect for a road trip.3) rock out! If you want the great southern rock hits that played in the film and a few more for good measure, definitely buy this CD. I love to rock out with it in my car! It is a soundtrack CD. What can I say? Well, if you loved the music in the movie, you will love this soundtrack. Really, it does have some great music on it. I recommend it whole heartedly.
