if you are trying to add something to your bag, and it isn't working...
For some reason, we are not able to set a cookie on your browser. We use cookies to keep track of what's in your shopping cart. If you are unable to add things to your bookbag, then it is because something on your system is blocking the cookie. Try the following:
The work around: Go to the more info page and wait 15 seconds for the prices.
The simplest thing to do is search again, and click "more info" instead of "buy". Then, wait about 15 seconds and the prices will show up on that page and you can purchase your item from there. This page does not require cookies. The downside is you have to buy one at a time. If you have multiple items to buy, try to solve your problem as follows...
Internet Explorer problems
- Go to Tools -> Internet Options -> Privacy, and click on "default", if you can. if you can't, then it already is on default.
- On the same screen, click on "Edit..." under "Web Sites", and add "bigwords.com" to the list of "allowed" sites.
- If those things don't work, then delete the BIGWORDS.com cookies by clicking Tools -> Internet Options -> Delete Cookies...-> OK.
Privacy Manager / PopUp Manager problems
If you run a privacy manager (like ZoneAlarm Pro) or a PopUp Manager (Like Alexa Toolbar), then it may be blocking cookies from BIGWORDS.com, for some reason
- Find the spot where it tells you what cookies are blocked. This will be found somewhere in "options".
- See whether or not BIGWORDS.com is listed, and delete it from that list.
- If there's a way to add BIGWORDS to a list of allowed cookie sites, then add it.
