    People still say “newbie,” so that hasn’t died out yet and “emo” still is obviously used, as well, since that type of music still is being made. Emo doesn’t mean “softcore punk,” anyway. The name was just stolen by that type of music. In reality, emo is short for “emotional hardcore,” which is the opposite of softcore. Try listening to real emo music. You’ll see it is quite different from what you think is emo.

    What DT said about Newbie and Emo.
    Also, I think some people still might use Nom Nom and Chillax. And I say “woot woot” sometimes just to be “funny” because why the heck not? The other words, I never even remembered hearing.
